You can upload contacts you already have — existing customers, past enquiries, event attendees — and run campaigns against them alongside your platform campaigns.
Preparing the file
- An .xlsx or .csv file with a header row.
- An email column is required. Everything else is optional.
- Name can be one column or First name and Last name.
- Common header spellings are recognised automatically, and you can correct the mapping before importing.
How it stays separate
- Your contacts are stored in your own tables, kept separate from the platform’s own data.
- They are never eligible for platform customer selection, for you or anyone else.
- Own-list campaigns do not consume your daily platform allocation.
- You can delete the list at any time.
Your list, your responsibility
You must have a lawful basis for emailing everyone on it. Unsubscribes, suppression and your provider’s sending limits all still apply.
