Choose who you want to reach. We handle the rest.
A campaign is a standing instruction, not a one-off send. Configure it once and it runs on your schedule, in your timezone, every day.
What a scheduled campaign holds
Everything the daily job needs, in one place.
Market
Which market this campaign draws prospects from. It never crosses into another.
Targeting
Category, state or region, and city. Each defaults to All.
Mailbox
Which connected mailbox sends it. Selectable per campaign on Growth and above.
Schedule
A local send time and the days of the week it runs.
Content
Subject, preheader, HTML, plain text and personalisation.
Tracking
Whether links are rewritten to signed tracking URLs.
What the scheduler does at your send time
- 1
Wakes on your local clock
Your timezone, your chosen time, with daylight saving handled. 10:00 in Berlin is a different UTC instant in January and in July, and the scheduler knows that.
- 2
Checks that market’s daily reach
India, USA and Europe can each be managed separately, with their own campaigns, schedules and daily customer reach. Adding a market never divides the one you have.
- 3
Verifies the mailbox
Authorisation, provider status, health and remaining capacity, before anything is queued.
- 4
Finds your customers for the day
Customers who match what you want to reach, excluding anyone we already found for you in the last 180 days, and anyone who has unsubscribed or could not be reached before.
- 5
Personalises and queues
Merge fields per recipient, signed tracking links, unsubscribe link and one-click headers.
- 6
Drains the queue safely
At a rate your provider allows. If the provider tightens, the queue slows. It is never forced.
- 7
Records what happened
Sent, delivered, and anything that could not be delivered — with the reason. An undeliverable address is never contacted again and earns you a bonus customer credit.
- 8
Updates your dashboard
Counters, campaign statistics and clicked customers, ready the next time you look.
Timezones, taken seriously
You choose an IANA timezone during onboarding and can change it later. Everything scheduled is stored as a local time plus that timezone, never as a fixed UTC offset — because an offset is wrong for half the year in most of Europe and North America.
India
Asia/Kolkata
USA
America/New_York, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, Los_Angeles, Anchorage, Honolulu
Europe
London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Madrid, Rome, Amsterdam, Warsaw and more
Bonus sends stay manual
When a send bounces permanently you earn a bonus customer credit for that market. Those credits deliberately never join the automatic daily run.
Not 300. The bonus balance stays at 50 until you choose to send it — up to 250 in one action, with the campaign, mailbox and time you pick.
Reliability by design
Questions
Does my computer need to be on?
No. Scheduling runs on our servers. Nothing depends on a browser being open, a tab staying alive, or you being awake.
What if I have several campaigns in the same market?
They share that market’s daily customer reach. Three campaigns in India on a Starter plan divide 250 between them; they do not get 250 each. Markets never share with one another, though — India, USA and Europe can each be managed separately, with their own campaigns, schedules and daily reach.
What happens if a run is missed?
Your send time is the start of a window rather than an exact instant, so a short delay does not mean a missed day. A campaign sends once per day at most, so a retry can never double-send.
Can I pause a campaign?
Yes. Pausing stops future runs immediately. Emails already queued for today finish or can be cancelled, and the campaign keeps its history. Resuming picks up at the next scheduled time.
What if my mailbox stops working mid-campaign?
The run pauses rather than failing everything. The mailbox is marked Action Required, you are notified, and customers already allocated stay allocated — they are not silently consumed. Once the mailbox is reconnected, sending resumes.
Does a campaign get marked Failed if some emails bounce?
No. A campaign that finished its window is Completed, and the individual outcomes are reported as numbers: allocated, queued, sent, delivered, bounced, clicked. Labelling a whole campaign failed because of a handful of bad addresses would be misleading.
