Version 1.0 · Effective 1 January 2026
If you received an email through this platform
The email came from a business that uses Find New Customer to reach potential customers. The business is the sender; we operate the platform and hold the contact record.
You have three options, and you do not have to justify any of them.
- Unsubscribe using the link in the email. That stops that business from contacting you through us, immediately and permanently.
- Ask us what we hold about you — submit an access request.
- Ask us to delete your record entirely — submit a deletion request.
Access requests
Submit the request from the Customer Data Request page. We will confirm your identity, then tell you what record we hold, where it came from, which categories it is filed under, and which advertisers have reached you through the platform.
We aim to respond within 30 days.
Deletion requests
Submit the request from the Customer Data Request page. We verify identity before deleting anything — acting on an unverified deletion request would let anyone erase someone else’s record, which is itself a privacy failure.
Once verified, we remove your contact record from the active database and add your address to a suppression list. The suppression entry is retained deliberately: it is what stops a future data import from adding you back.
Other rights
- Correction — ask us to fix an inaccurate detail.
- Restriction — ask us to stop using your record while a query is resolved.
- Objection — object to processing for direct marketing. We will act on this without requiring a reason.
- Complaint — you can complain to your data protection authority. We would rather you told us first, at support@findnewcustomer.com.
Advertisers
If you hold an advertiser account, most of these rights are exercisable directly from account settings. For anything else, email support@findnewcustomer.com.
