Customers and data

Working with clicked customers

What you see, what you can do with it, and what you cannot.

A customer appears in your workspace when they click a tracked link in one of your campaigns. That is the only route to seeing a customer’s details.

What you see

  • Name, category, city and region.
  • Contact details, as permitted by our data policy.
  • Which campaign they clicked, which link, and when.
  • Your own saved status and notes.

Managing them

  • Save a customer to keep them in a shortlist.
  • Set a status: New, Contacted, Not contacted, Interested, Not interested, Follow up, Converted, Not converted.
  • Add notes. They are private to your account.

What you cannot do

  • Export or download them. There is no CSV, no Excel, no bulk API.
  • See anyone who did not click.
  • Share the records outside your account.

Automated clicks are filtered

Corporate mail gateways follow every link in a message to scan it. Those hits are detected and excluded, so a security scanner is never presented to you as an interested customer.
