Getting started

What do I need before I can send anything?

A subscription covering at least one market, a connected mailbox (Gmail, Google Workspace or Microsoft), and a campaign with targeting and content. Onboarding walks you through all three; expect about twenty minutes.

Do I need my own domain?

Not strictly — a personal Gmail or Outlook.com account will connect and send. A business mailbox on your own domain is better: it reaches more customers a day, and it lets the people receiving your email recognise who you are. Our help centre walks through the setup if you want to get the most out of it.

Is there a free trial?

Plans are paid from the start. If you want to understand exactly what you would be buying before you commit, email support@findnewcustomer.com and ask — we would rather answer questions than take money from someone the platform does not suit.

How long until I see results?

Sending starts the day after your first campaign is scheduled. Whether and when someone clicks depends entirely on your offer, your targeting and your writing. We are not going to give you a number for that.

Customers and targeting

How do you find customers for me?

You tell us what you sell, the type of customers you want to reach, and where you want to reach them — market, category, state or region, and city. We use that to help you find customers who are relevant to your product or service, and we keep finding new ones every day.

How many customers will I reach each day?

That depends on your plan, on how many markets you buy, and on the kind of mailbox you connect. Sending from a business mailbox on your own domain, Starter reaches up to 250 customers a day per market, Growth 500 and Professional 1,000. From a personal Gmail or Outlook.com account the figures are 250, 350 and 450, because those accounts have lower sending limits. Buying a second market adds a second full daily reach — it never divides the first.

Will the same customer be contacted repeatedly?

No. Once we find a customer for you, we will not find that same customer again for 180 days — across every campaign in your account, not just the one that reached them. You keep getting fresh customers.

Which mailboxes can I connect?

Gmail, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 or Outlook-compatible business mailboxes. You connect them securely and we never ask for your mailbox password. Your campaigns go out from your own email address, and interested customers can reply straight to you.

Markets and allocations

What exactly does "per market" mean?

Every plan limit applies separately in each market you buy. Starter on India and the USA gives you 250 customers a day in India and 250 in the USA, three campaigns in each, and one mailbox in each. Two independent allowances that never touch.

Can I use my India reach for USA customers?

No. India, USA and Europe are managed separately, each with its own daily customer reach. Unused India reach does not roll over into the USA, or into tomorrow.

What if I have several campaigns in one market?

They share that market’s daily customer reach. Three campaigns in India on Starter divide 250 between them, rather than getting 250 each. Markets never share with one another.

Can I add or remove a market later?

Yes, from account settings. Adding one is charged pro rata for the remainder of the current period, then at full price from the next renewal. Removing one takes effect at the next renewal.

Mailboxes and sending

Can I download the customer details?

You get the contact details of customers who engage with your campaign, inside the platform, so you can follow up. There is no bulk export or download — a deliberate product decision that protects the people whose details we hold, and it applies on every plan.

Do you guarantee that emails reach the inbox?

No, and be sceptical of anyone who does. Whether an email reaches the inbox depends on your sending reputation, your content and how recipients engage with it. What we do is send from your own mailbox, handle bounces and unsubscribes for you, keep an eye on your mailbox health, and never push past a limit your email provider has set.

Why do aliases not count as extra mailboxes?

Because they are not extra mailboxes. An alias is another address that delivers into the same underlying account, and it shares that account’s sending quota with your provider. Counting them would let a plan appear to offer capacity that does not exist. You can add aliases as sender identities; they just do not raise your limit.

What if my mailbox gets restricted by my provider?

The platform detects it, marks the mailbox Restricted, pauses sending from it and tells you. It will not switch to another mailbox to keep pushing — that is exactly the behaviour that gets domains blocklisted.

Can I send more than my provider allows?

No. Your plan allocation is what the platform will attempt; your provider’s limit is a hard ceiling on top of that. Where the provider allows less, less is sent.

Bonus customers

What are bonus customers?

If an email cannot be delivered, you receive a bonus customer credit for that market — so a delivery failure costs you nothing. Bonus customers are extra: your normal daily reach carries on unchanged, and you send to them whenever you choose, up to 250 at a time. Credits are held per market.

Do bonus customers expire?

They do not expire automatically. The balance stays until you use it. Balances are per market and never merge — India credits cannot be spent in the USA.

Why 250 per bonus send?

It is a safety limit. Releasing a large accumulated balance in one burst is exactly the pattern that triggers provider throttling and damages a sending reputation. If you hold 300 credits you send 250 now and 50 later.

Billing

Can I cancel, and do you refund?

You can cancel at any time and future charges stop. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not issue refunds for time already purchased — this is stated in the Refund & Cancellation Policy before you pay.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Indian Rupees or US Dollars. An advertiser billed in India can pay in INR for every market, including the international ones. An advertiser billed elsewhere pays in USD.

When am I charged?

At the start of each billing period, in advance. Monthly plans on the same date each month, annual plans on the same date each year, until you cancel.

What happens if a payment fails?

We retry on a defined schedule and email you. Your subscription moves to past-due and access continues during the grace period. If it is still unpaid after that, campaigns stop and the account is suspended until it is settled.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, automatically after every successful payment. It is emailed to you and available in your billing dashboard, with GST details where applicable.

Privacy and compliance

Can I use my own contacts too?

Yes. You can upload contacts you already own and run campaigns to them on their own schedule, alongside the new customers we find for you. Your contacts stay yours, they are kept entirely separate, and you can delete them at any time.

Am I responsible for the emails I send?

Yes. You are the sender — the message comes from your mailbox and carries your identity. You are responsible for its content and for compliance with the marketing laws that apply to you and to your recipients. The Email Marketing Policy sets out what that means in practice.

What happens if someone complains about my campaign?

The address is suppressed platform-wide. Repeated complaints affect your mailbox health, and we investigate the campaign. Serious or repeated breaches of the Email Marketing Policy lead to suspension.

Can a recipient ask to be removed entirely?

Yes, through the Customer Data Request page. We verify identity, then remove the record and add the address to a suppression list so a later import cannot bring them back.
