Email marketing

Campaigns built for acquisition, not newsletters

Write once, personalise per recipient, send from your own mailbox, and see who clicked. The compliance parts are handled for you because they are not optional.

  • Subject line and preheader, both personalisable

Personalisation

Merge fields that never embarrass you

The failure mode of every personalisation system is the email that arrives saying 'Hi {{first_name}}'. This one cannot do that.

VariableResolves toWhen it is missing
{{first_name}}The recipient’s first name"there"
{{last_name}}The recipient’s surnameRemoved, with the extra space tidied
{{name}}First and last name together"there"
{{city}}Their city"your area"
{{state}}Their state or region"your region"
{{category}}Their business category"your industry"

Names arriving as ALL CAPS or all lowercase are tidied to normal case. Values are HTML escaped. A variable the platform does not recognise is removed, and the sentence is repunctuated around the gap.

Sending

From your mailbox, not ours

Campaigns come from an address your recipients can reply to, on a domain they can recognise.

Gmail

Personal Gmail accounts, connected over OAuth.

Google Workspace

Business mailboxes on your own domain. Recommended.

Microsoft 365

Business mailboxes over the Microsoft identity platform.

Outlook-compatible

Other Microsoft business mailboxes where supported.

We never ask for your password

Mailboxes are connected with OAuth. You authorise the platform in your provider’s own consent screen, and the tokens are encrypted at rest. You can revoke access from your provider or disconnect the mailbox here at any time.
Tracking

Clicks, measured carefully

Enough to tell you who is interested. Not enough to build a profile of anyone.

What is recorded

  • · The campaign, advertiser and market
  • · An internal reference to the recipient
  • · Which link was clicked, and when
  • · A coarse user-agent family, e.g. “ios”
  • · A hashed IP address, never the raw address

What is not

  • · Open tracking pixels
  • · Email addresses in URLs
  • · Raw IP addresses against clicks
  • · Cross-site tracking of any kind
  • · Device fingerprinting

Security scanners in corporate mail gateways follow every link in a message. Those hits are flagged as automated and excluded from your clicked customers, so a gateway is not sold to you as a lead.

Deliverability, honestly

No email platform can guarantee the inbox, and any that claims to is either confused or selling. What actually determines placement is largely on your side of the line:

  • Whether you send from a business mailbox on your own domain
  • Your sending history and reputation
  • What your email says and how it is written
  • Whether the people receiving it engage, ignore it, or mark it as spam

What we do for you:

  • Handle undeliverable addresses so they are never contacted again
  • Add a one-click unsubscribe, which measurably reduces complaints
  • Watch your mailbox health and pause it before lasting damage is done
  • Stay strictly inside your email provider’s sending limits
  • Point you at our help centre if you want to go further on technical setup

What it will never do: attempt to evade a spam filter, rotate mailboxes to get around a restriction, or treat aliases as extra capacity.

Questions

Can I paste my own HTML?

Yes. The editor has a source view where you can paste a full HTML email. Links are rewritten to tracking URLs and an unsubscribe link is ensured, but your markup is otherwise left alone.

What happens if a recipient has no first name?

Every merge variable has a fallback. {{first_name}} becomes "there", so "Hi {{first_name}}," renders as "Hi there,". A recipient will never see raw template syntax, and unknown variables are removed rather than passed through.

Do you track opens?

No. Open tracking relies on a hidden image that most modern mail clients now block or pre-fetch, which makes the number close to meaningless and the practice privacy-invasive. We track clicks, which are an actual signal of interest.

Can I use a different mailbox for different campaigns?

On Growth and Professional, yes — each campaign selects its sending mailbox, and bonus sends can use a different one again. Starter includes one mailbox per market, so all campaigns for that market send from it.

How is the unsubscribe handled?

Every message carries a unique signed unsubscribe link and one-click List-Unsubscribe headers, which mail providers surface as a native control. An unsubscribe suppresses the address for your account in that market immediately. You cannot disable this.

Choose your market, build a campaign, connect your mailbox. The platform handles the daily sending.

No refunds. Cancel any time — access continues to the end of the paid period.
