Version 1.0 · Effective 1 January 2026
Recurring by default
Every plan is a recurring subscription, monthly or annual. It renews automatically on the same date each period until you cancel. Annual plans are not one-off purchases.
Markets are billed individually
- You subscribe to one plan tier and select the markets it applies to.
- Each selected market is charged at its own price and gets its own full entitlement.
- Adding a market mid-period is charged pro rata for the remainder of the period, then at full price from the next renewal.
- Removing a market takes effect at the next renewal.
Upgrades
Upgrading applies immediately. We calculate the unused value of your current subscription, apply it as credit, and charge only the difference for the remainder of the period. The checkout summary shows the credit, the new entitlements and the amount due before you confirm.
Downgrades
Downgrading is scheduled for your next renewal so you keep what you have paid for. No credit or refund is issued for the reduction. You can cancel a scheduled downgrade before it takes effect.
Failed payments
- We retry a failed payment on a defined schedule and email you each time.
- Your subscription moves to past-due and access continues during the grace period.
- If it is still unpaid after the grace period, campaigns stop sending and the account is suspended.
- Paying the outstanding amount restores access. Data is retained during suspension under the retention rules.
Administrative changes
Our team can adjust a subscription — allocation, limits, markets, expiry — for support or contractual reasons. Every such change is recorded in an audit log with who made it and what changed.
Price changes
We may change published prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for; it applies from your next renewal, and we tell you in advance.
