Version 1.0 · Effective 1 January 2026
You are the sender
Campaigns are sent from a mailbox you own and connect. To the recipient, and to the law, the email is from you. That means the obligations below are yours, and we enforce them because your reputation and ours are the same reputation to a mail provider.
Sender identity
- Your From name and address must accurately identify your business.
- Subject lines and preheaders must not mislead about the content of the message.
- Your campaign must include a way to identify and contact your business.
- You must not impersonate another business, person or brand.
Unsubscribe
- Every campaign includes an unsubscribe mechanism. You may not remove, hide or disable it.
- One-click List-Unsubscribe headers are added to every message.
- An unsubscribe is applied immediately and permanently for your account in that market.
- You must not contact an unsubscribed recipient through another channel obtained from the platform.
Prohibited content
- Anything unlawful in the recipient’s jurisdiction or yours.
- Adult content, gambling where restricted, weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods.
- Financial, medical or legal claims you cannot substantiate.
- Get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid or multi-level marketing recruitment.
- Deceptive offers, false urgency, or fake scarcity.
- Harassment, hate speech, or content targeting an individual.
- Malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or links to any of these.
Technical conduct
- You must not attempt to bypass or evade spam filters, authentication checks or provider limits.
- You must not connect aliases in order to obtain extra sending capacity — they share the underlying mailbox’s quota, and we count real mailboxes only.
- You must not rotate mailboxes to work around a provider restriction. The platform will not do this on your behalf.
- We recommend, and may require, SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your sending domain.
What we do
- Suppress hard-bounced and complaining addresses platform-wide.
- Suppress unsubscribed addresses for the advertiser concerned.
- Monitor bounce rates per mailbox and pause sending from a mailbox that becomes unhealthy.
- Respect the sending limits of your email provider at all times.
- Investigate abuse reports and suspend accounts that breach this policy.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee inbox placement, delivery, open rates, click rates or any sales outcome. Deliverability depends on your provider, your domain authentication, your sending history, your content and how recipients engage with it. Any vendor who guarantees the inbox is not being straight with you.
