| Action required | Authorisation expired or was revoked, or repeated failures were detected. | Reconnect the mailbox. Sending is paused until you do. |
| Disconnected | You removed it, or the provider revoked access. | Reconnect, or assign campaigns to another mailbox. |
| Restricted | Your provider has limited or suspended sending from this mailbox. | Resolve it with your provider. We will not route around a provider restriction. |
Health
| Health | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Healthy | Authentication is valid, failures are low and the bounce rate is within threshold. |
| Degraded | The bounce rate has crossed the warning threshold, or failures are rising. Sending continues, and you are notified. |
| Unhealthy | The bounce rate has crossed the pause threshold. Sending is paused to protect your reputation. |
| Unknown | Not enough recent activity to judge. |
Bounce thresholds are configurable by our team. The shipped defaults are a warning at 5% and a pause at 10% of recent sends.
