- Name the campaign — something you will recognise in a list of twenty.
- Choose the market. It determines which set of prospects the campaign draws from, and markets are never mixed.
- Choose the category, or leave it as All.
- Choose the state or region, or leave it as All.
- Choose the city, or leave it as All.
- Choose the sending mailbox.
- Write the subject line, and a preheader if you want one.
- Write the email. Use the visual editor or paste your own HTML.
- Add personalisation. Every variable has a fallback, so a missing name is never visible.
- Set the send time and the days of the week it should run.
- Review everything on one screen.
- Activate. The first run happens at the next scheduled time.
You will not see an audience preview or a customer count at any point. Those are deliberately not part of the product — see the Customer Data page for why.
