Your daily allocation is the number of prospects the platform will select and attempt to reach for you in one market, in one day. From a business mailbox on your own domain: Starter 250 per market, Growth 500, Professional 1,000. From a personal Gmail or Outlook.com account: Starter 250, Growth 350, Professional 450 — those accounts have much lower provider limits, and the platform stays inside them rather than working around them.
Per market, always
Each market has an independent counter. A Starter subscription covering India and the USA gives you 250 in India and 250 in the USA — 500 in total, but never interchangeable. A Professional subscription covering all three gives you 1,000 in India, 1,000 in the USA and 1,000 in Europe. Unused India allocation does not become USA allocation, and it does not roll over to tomorrow.
Shared between your campaigns
Within a market, all your campaigns draw from the same daily counter. Three campaigns in India on Starter divide 250 between them in the order they run.
What it is not
- It is not a guarantee of delivery. Your provider’s limits sit above it.
- It is not a guarantee that the exact target will fill. The fallback widens the search rather than failing, but a very narrow target may still come up short.
- It does not include bonus customers. Those are separate and always manual.
