Charges
- Billed in advance for each period, monthly or annually.
- Each market is charged at its own price and gets its own full entitlement.
- Taxes are added where applicable and shown before you confirm.
- An invoice is generated automatically after each successful payment and emailed to you.
Changing plan
- Upgrades apply immediately, with credit for the unused part of the current period.
- Downgrades are scheduled for the next renewal so you keep what you have paid for.
- Adding a market mid-period is charged pro rata.
- Removing a market takes effect at the next renewal.
Failed payments
We retry on a schedule and email you each time. Access continues through a grace period. If the payment is still outstanding after that, campaigns stop and the account is suspended until it is settled. Your data is retained throughout.
Cancelling
- Cancel from Billing at any time.
- Future charges stop immediately.
- Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Fees already paid are not refunded.
